1: How can I cancel the order?
- Cancel Your Order Before Payment.
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it.
We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven’t paid,
don’t worry, we’re not processing your order. - Cancel Your Order After Payment.
Partemundo team will try to provide rapid delivery to our customers. As such, it
is not possible for us to stop delivery once we receive orders. Customers are responsible
for placing accurate orders.
- Change Your Order After Payment.
To add Items to your order without canceling any previous items, please don’t
hesitate to contact us directly! There is no charge for this service.
Note: If the goods have already been delivered, we cannot cancel or change the order.
2: What is the “Customs Clarification” Notice?
Please take a serious look at the “CUSTOMS CLEARANCE” note. We would like to mention that due to the intellectual property regulations of the Hong Kong customs, there might incur significant fees for individual customers buying parts in small quantities for private use. We will not take responsibility for customs fees and customs clearance (Hong Kong and country of destination). There might be up to 50 USD customs fees. Please be aware of this and keep this in mind before placing an order. We do offer Delivery Duty Paid & Transshipment Service from EU warehouse.
3: What should I do if I want to add some products?
If the order is not shipped, you can place an new order directly. Please also don’t hesitate to contact us, so we can issue a refund of shipping costs, and combine the shipping. If the order has already been shipped there’s not much we can do anymore. If this is the case, please place a new order and we will process it quickly.
4: What is OEM?
An Original Equipment Manufacturer, or OEM in short, manufacturers products or components that are purchased by another company and retailed under that purchasing company’s brand name. OEM refers to the company that originally manufactured the product. When referring to automotive parts, OEM designates a replacement part made by the manufacturers of the original part. In this usage, OEM means “original equipment from manufacturer”. The antonym of OEM is aftermarket.
5: How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will be told by the salesman who is responsible for you. Tracking number will be updated directly after shipment.
